Come sailing on Northland’s iconic tall ship and experience the Bay of Islands!

Operated by a charitable trust, profits from day sails support youth sail training programmes.

On the Full Day Sail take the opportunity to set the sails, ride the bowsprit and climb the rigging or simply relax while the crew command this impressive ship as it sails across the Bay.

During your sail, the crew will share some of the rich history of the area with you. Step ashore on a secluded island or take a swim while lunch is prepared for you.

During the Late Afternoon Sail view secluded islands as the ship sails across the sheltered waters of the inner harbour and enjoy an antipasto platter and glass of wine as the sun starts to set.

Afternoon Sail - Catch the 3.30pm ferry from Paihia Wharf to Russell (Ferry price included) then catch the shuttle from Opua to Paihia. Ferry departs Russell on the hour.
