Entry and Eligibility
- To enter individuals must sign up for the Fullers Bay of Islands email marketing database by providing their name, email address and location.
- Competition is open to new sign ups only.
- The monthly competition commences at 00:01 on the first day of the current month and ends at 23:59 on the last day of the current month. The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the competition end date and has 14 working days to confirm acceptance of prize, or a new winner will be selected.
- This competition is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years only.
- An individual can only enter once during the competition period.
- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Prize Details
- There is one prize available for entries received each month.
- The prize is for 2x Tickets on Fullers Bay of Islands Cream Trip Super Cruise departing from either Paihia or Russell in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, and is valid for 12 months.
- The total prize value is NZ$390.
- No additional transport, flights or accommodation are included.
- The prize is non refundable, non transferable, or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.
Additional terms
- The promoter of this competition is Fullers Bay of Islands and employees of Fullers Bay of Islands are not eligible to enter this competition.
- The prize is subject to Fullers Bay of Island's standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
- The decisions by Fullers Bay of Islands on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Fullers Bay of Islands reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. Fullers Bay of Islands reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
